We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Shipping times depend on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping Times
• Europe: 3-8 business days
• North America: 7-12 business days, depending on customs
• Rest of the World: 10-20 business days, depending on customs. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in the email, or enter your tracking number on our website's "Track Order" page to see the status of your shipment.

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes as your order could be in processing or already shipped.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal is not available yet but will be soon. Our checkout process is secure, and your payment information is protected.

During checkout, you will see a field labeled “Discount Code.” Enter your code there and click “Apply.” The discount will automatically be deducted from your total if the code is valid.

To ensure the longevity of your product, we recommend cleaning it gently with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals, as they could damage the product’s finish.
